  • Provided services to CDC, FBI and US Postal Service during 2001 Anthrax Response

  • Biosafety Expert for leading non-profit; Doctors without Borders in Monrovia, Liberia

Caroline has 15 years of diverse public health experience. She is a faculty member at Cornell University’s Master of Public Health program and Director of International Programs at Cornell College of Veterinary Medicine.

  • Developing and implementing international capacity building projects and programs, to strengthen infectious disease education, research, prevention, and control
